Designing Modules to Facilitate Graduate Students’ Literature Reviews: A Pilot Project Employing CHAT and 4CID to Support Complex Learning

This session details development processes for modules to support students’ writing of literature reviews. Design is based on identified needs and utilizes Cultural Historical Activity Theory and Four-Component Instructional Design, approaches that consider context and promote complex learning. An in-progress project, the presentation covers work carried out before the conference.
