>> SCHED (This website) – Attendees may view the program and build a personal schedule for in-person attendance. All times listed on Sched are in Central Time (local Austin time zone)
We asked users to draw their research process and, based on that, elements of their ideal library website. This "sketch research" encouraged deeper eand varied engagement with our questions, faciliated visual thinking, and helped users participate in the web design process. We will discuss our semi-structured interview process, show example sketches, and highlight a few key takeaways and actions that followed this project.
