Melody Ethley is a user experience designer, content strategist, and Certified Usability Analyst (CUA). She currently serves as the lead UX Designer at the University of Texas Libraries and previously spent time as a UX researcher for the Library of Congress. Her current work focuses on improving digital interfaces and bridging the gap between experiences across channels. Melody is also a foodie who loves trying new restaurants and she coaches a club volleyball team in her spare time.
